The X200 FE is available in two configurations in India: 12 GB RAM with 256 GB storage at ₹54,999, and 16 GB RAM with 512 GB storage at ₹59,999. Colour options include Amber Yellow, Luxe Grey, and Frost Blue.
The phone was unveiled in India on July 14, 2025 at 12 pm IST, and open sales began on July 23, 2025 across Flipkart, Amazon, the Vivo India e-store, and major offline retailers.

Vivo fits MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ paired with LPDDR5X RAM. Storage is UFS 3.1. In practice, this setup opens heavy apps quickly, keeps multiple social and camera apps resident, and runs titles like BGMI or Asphalt smoothly at high frame settings.
UFS 3.1 does not reach the peak throughput of UFS 4.0, but it is still fast for app installs, large photo exports, and file moves from internal to Type-C drives.
